Today in Pe we practised shot put because in this first term were going to be learning and improving our skills for athletics activities
And today we learnt 5 tips to help us improve.
1.Put the shot put in your palm and wrap your three middle fingers around the shot put.
2. Hold the shot put on the side of your neck.
3. Lift your elbow up until its at the same height as your neck
4.Now you need to push as hard as you can but make sure you don't throw it because your throw wont be recorded.
I am a student at in Uru Mānuka. In 2020 I was a year 9 and in 2021 I will be a year 10. This is a place where I will be able to share my learning with you. Please note....some work won't be edited - just my first drafts, so there may be some surface errors. I would love your feedback, comments, thoughts and ideas.

To support my learning I ask you to comment as follows:
1. Something positive - something you like about what I have shared.
2. Thoughtful - A sentence to let us know you actually read/watched or listened to what I had to say
3. Something thoughtful - how have you connected with my learning? Give me some ideas for next time or ask me a question.

Hey Bryce,
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing what you have been learning about. I found the description at the start of this post very informative. What other athletics activities do you think you will be working on? Do you have a favourite? I can see you only got up to #2. I hope you get the time to come in and complete the other three ideas!

Hey Bryce,
ReplyDeleteNice blog post, I like how u explained that this term you are going to be learning and practising athletics activities so that you can improve on your skills, The only thing I would say to improve is to add some more steps and maybe even a photo, But overall great job and keep blogging.
