Jonathan Thurston
Jonathan Thurston is famous in this game because he plays in the Professional level of Rugby League which is called the NRL He plays in a team called North Queensland Cowboys. But that's not the only reason he's famous he's been named one of the best players to ever play in the NRL.Hes also has broken many records in Rugby league.
But he retired from NRL after his 2018 Nth RL season came to an end.

Cameron Smith
Cameron Smith also plays in the Nrl for a team called Melbourne storm. Cameron smith is the highest all-time points scorer in NRL history with more than 2,418 points. He also has the record for the most games played in NRL history with over 400 games.
He also Represented Queensland in state of origin and the Australian Kangaroos internationally,He Captained boths teams from 2012 until his retirement from representative matches in 2018.


Rules that have changed during rugby league history:

The first rule is that you're not allowed to push in scrums anymore you 're also not allowed to tackle someone while they're in the air.
And a rule that has been introduced into the game is called a 40/20.

 

When a player on the attacking team kicks the ball from behind his 40-metre line and it goes into touch between the opposition's 20-metre line and goal-line after bouncing at least once within the field of play, Then the attacking team is awarded with the ball nexts to the 40 metre line.
