What is challenging about learning guitar?

I think its challenging learning the chords and hard putting your fingers in the right place at the right time.

What are the differences between Ukulele and Guitar?

Ukulele are a lot smaller and they only have 4 strings but guitars are a lot larger and a guitar has 6 strings.

I think ukulele are a lot easier to play and learn because its alot smaller and less chords.

Today in  class we created a Poster about the Government structure.

I explained what all these different people do to protect their countries or what they do to keep their people safe.

Mac & Cheese

Mac and Cheese

Make your roux.
Cook your pasta.
mix ingredients together
Add tomato and cheese on top.
Cook dish in oven.
Serve


Ingredients:
-Macaroni
-Cheese
-Ham
-Garlic
-Onion
-Milk
-Onion
-Tomato
-Cornflour

Skills learnt: We learnt how to male a roux sauce which is a milk and cheese sauce mixed with cornflour to thicken the sauce. our cheese sauce was really good.

Sensory evaluation: It smelt an taste like cheese and looked a bit plain. It didn't have thee best texture but it was alright.

How I would rate this dish: 3/5 It was a bit plain but it was alright.

I would add veggies and more different colours to add flavor.

Our group work well together and we all did an even amount of work.

 Last week in Wananga we started doing this google slide about Growth Mindset on this slide we did many different activity's.

Can experiment

Today in Science we did a experiment.

We used a can,element,ice cream tube full of cold water,scissor tong and a heat mat.

Hypothesis:I think that the can will crunch up.

What is expansion, what causes it to happen?

Expansion is when something increases in size.

Heat causes expansion.

What is contraction,What causes it to happen

Contraction is when something cools down and compacts together.

Contraction is caused when something is cooled down or cold.

3).You have to press hard on the keys on a piano and its not electric, And on a keyboard the keys are made of plastic which makes it easier to press on when you play it and it is also electric.

4).What have you enjoyed about learning the piano/Keyboard? What have you found challenging.

I've enjoyed learning a instrument that i wouldn't choose to play but I've enjoyed learning something new.And I've found using two hands challenging.
