Athletics

Long jump.
1.Run up is 21 steps.
2.Take off with be from the second marker.
3.Land with be measured from the back foot.
4.Land with both feet together.
5.If you are over the second marker when you jump it is a fowl jump.


High Jump Fosbury Flop
1. Land with your arms and your feet facing up and land on your back.
2.When you take off it should be off one foot.
3.Before you jump you have to spin so your back is facing towards the mat.

Body language: Actions to show someone's emotions.
Costumes: To show what type of character they are.
Hairstyles:To also show what type of characters they are.
Make up: To change someone's look for a movie.
Colour: To set a toon in a scene.
Lighting: To make something stand out.
Props: Objects that are used for films.
Setting: Where the movie is placed.
Dialogue:To reveal something about a character in a movie.
Sound Effects: used to show what the characters are feeling and what's going on around them.
Music:This can also show what the characters are feeling.
Silence: Mostly used to show a scary or serious moment in a movie.
Symbols: To show whats also happening around the characters.
Special FX:Something that you add into a movie that cant be natural.

Pe Shot put

Today in Pe we practised shot put because in this first term were going to be learning and improving our skills for athletics activities  
And today we learnt 5 tips to help us improve.

1.Put the shot put in your palm and wrap your three middle fingers around the shot put.
2. Hold the shot put on the side of your neck.
3. Lift your elbow up until its at the same height as your neck
4.Now you need to push as hard as you can but make sure you don't throw it because your throw wont be recorded.

Discus

Today in Pe we learnt some skills/techniques on how to throw a discus properly and far.

Discus techniques.
1. Roll off your small fingers.
2.Warp 4 fingers around it.
3. stand side on the line.
